HOW CAN I PAY ON THIS SITE?
The payment on my shop is done by Paypal, either directly with your Paypal account, or simply with your credit card, via a simple and secure system.
I will not use your personal information for any purpose other than billing and shipping what you have purchased.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
I do not accept returns on shipped items. Please take care to check the dimensions and specifications of each item on the product page before finalizing your purchase and do not hesitate to ask me questions if you have any doubts, I will be happy to answer you.
SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER
I take care to pack and ship each package between 2 and 4 days after the order is placed and I provide a tracking number for each shipment from my shipping partner, DHL.
All ceramics are shipped in a reinforced cardboard box with special packing material.
Packaging is an important part of the transaction and you should receive an item in perfect condition, as if you had picked it up directly in my workshop.
Shipping costs (including packaging) are to be added to the price of the ceramics.
(Delivery time is usually about one week for Europe, and can be up to 2 to 3 weeks for the rest of the world).

Parcels under 5 kg - Rest of the world: 43,-€

Parcel over 5 kg - Germany: 10,-€.
Parcel over 5 kg - Europe: 23,-€.
Parcel over 5 kg - Rest of the world: 60,-€.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX
Any customs and import taxes are to be paid by the buyers.
I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
